The palace and park complex were created in 1775 and became known as the Moscow Versailles, built and decorated specially for receptions and festivities. Once the country residence of Count Sheremetyev, today the palace holds a magnificent collection of ceramics. On display are Italian, French and German glassware and porcelain.
