The State Hermitage Museum

Today you will visit the Hermitage (the Winter Palace). With the possible exception of the Louvre, there is no museum in the world that rivals the Hermitage in size and quality.

Catherine Palace / Pavlovsk Palace

Take a pleasant drive from St. Petersburg through the suburbs to the opulent Catherine palace / Pavlovsk palace.

Peterhof Park

Travel to the former summer Imperial residence. Set in magnificent gardens, Peterhof is reminiscent of Versailles.

Metro tour

Take a Metro (Underground) ride. The stations are worth seeing for the art work decoration. Many are adorned with crystal chandeliers, marble vestibules and beautiful frescoes.
